Yinnon Mizrahi
I grew up here on the edge of Ramon Crater in a home filled with love for food. As the years passed, the hobby grew to love and then to a profession.
After five years in the best restaurants in Tel-Aviv, several management positions (Kitchen Market, Popina, Mashia) and working under the best chefs in the country, I am returning home to the desert, to combine my drift of growth and creativity with the deep roots of my childhood home and the eternal desert.
